Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, in its role as Development Agency, has prepared an Urban Form Development Framework (UFDF) for the Cherrywood Town Centre, following consultation with the relevant landowners and in accordance with Section 6.2 of the Cherrywood SDZ Planning Scheme, 2014 (as amended 2017).
The UFDF provides assistance when determining whether planning applications meet the objectives of the Cherrywood planning scheme.
