Hines are on site at Cherrywood
Work is now underway at Cherrywood which will see the development of 5.4 km of roads and 82 acres of parkland over the next 18 months. These works will facilitate the provision of utilities for up to 6,000 homes and a brand new town centre in South Dublin.
This first phase of development includes the building of pedestrian footpaths, cycle trails and greenways, along with the planting of 3,000 mature trees, which will make for a well-established neighbourhood prior to residents moving into Cherrywood.
Hines have a vision for Cherrywood which will redefine the quality
of life in Dublin. This vision can be seen on the 4m x 4m model of the Cherrywood Development which is located in the marketing suite. To give you a avour of what it will be like living in the new town of Cherrywood, Hines have built an open-plan show apartment which will also be available for viewing during the open days.
